Nov 15 Qigong Seminar - Eight Pieces of Brocade

Posted by on November 3, 2026

We are excited to offer this qigong seminar this fall from 1-3.30pm on Sunday, November 15 at The Cedarcroft Center, 6112 York Rd, Baltimore, MD 21212. This is an in person class, however, a recording will also be available to everyone who signs up for the class (even if you are unable to attend in person on the day).

Qigong literally means qi work or working on your qi. Our qi is our natural vital and healing energy. Qigong is based on the same system as traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
Brocade refers to silk fabric of the highest quality. Over 800 years ago, this qigong exercise was so named to reflect its superiority in preserving health and preventing illness. Research has shown it can improve flexibility, strengthen bones, increase strength, promote circulation and benefit internal organs. It can be used to prevent and treat many disorders.

Tuition is $60 and includes access to a recording of the class for study or review. Everyone will receive a link to the recording.
