Mar 9 - Soaring Crane Qigong Seminar Starts
This Spring, we are excited to offer this 4-week special Qigong Seminar. In this course you will learn the 5 exercises of the Soaring Crane Qigong series. This seminar series will be in-person and led by Baltimore Tai Chi's senior instructors, Eric Johnson and Fiona Newton. This class is open to all.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing art based on breathing and movement. It helps to strengthen our vital internal healing 'chi' energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall wellbeing. The Soaring Crane Qigong series is a wonderful form of exercise with slow, flowing movements that will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and energized. Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes (or stocking feet).
You can register online at our Schedule & Payment page or at the first class. This class will take place 7:10-8:30pm for 4 weeks at Second Presbyterian Church, 4200 St Paul Street (entrance on corner of St Paul Street and Stratford Rd). Parking is available on Stratford and St Paul St.
If you have any questions, please contact us on (410) 296 4944 or email info@baltimoretaichi.com.
