Starting February 2, Tai Chi Essentials 1 - an online tai chi class for beginners

In this 8-week course, you will learn a series of exercises based on tai chi movements and principles, and simple qigong and breathing exercises. The class will be offered online via Zoom in a format that will make it easy to learn in this virtual format. This course will help you to reduce stress and anxiety, and to improve your overall vitality and sense of well-being. This class is designed for beginners, or those with limited experience of tai chi and qigong, however more experienced practitioners are welcome to participate.
