Welcome to Baltimore Tai Chi in Maryland

We have been teaching classes in Baltimore, Towson and surrounding areas for over 25 years. We offer tai chi, qigong and meditation classes for everyone - from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners. We also offer specially designed courses for seniors and veterans, and workshops and wellness days for local companies, schools, universities, hospitals and other healthcare organizations. Our students are of all ages and abilities, and our goal is to help others to improve their health and vitality through the practice of tai chi and related arts.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art practiced for health and relaxation. Its slow movements help you to reduce stress, improve circulation, and increase your sense of well being. People of all ages and ablilities can practice tai chi to increase energy and vitality. It is an exercise that can be practiced for a lifetime.

You can easily learn the fundamental principles of tai chi in our fun and enjoyable classes taught by experienced instructors. We offer classes for students from beginner to advanced. Our curriculum includes the tai chi form, qigong, ichuan standing meditation, sticking hands (push hands), tai chi sword, tai chi fan and tai chi staff.
